The Director Meet Peacemaker Investigative Services Group and Training & Consulting, Inc. President and Founder, Director Benjamin McDonald. Ben served in law enforcement and security for 24 years as a Patrol Supervisor, Watch Commander, Prosecutor, Director of Training, Academy Drill Instructor, Physical Skills, Investigator, Firearms Instructor, and State/Federal Law Enforcement leader in Training. He served several years in the Department of Justice as an Academy Director for the Office of Police Corps and Law Enforcement Education. Ben has successfully employed his practices in local, municipal, state and federal organizations and conducted numerous investigations in the municipal as well as private sector. His project management expertise and his many years of experience have made him a leader in training and investigations. He has been invaluable in coaching personnel and organizations and leading to in performance and guidance. He is an accomplished educator and investigator and uses the best in their fields to enhance and bolster clients' goals, abilities and performance. Ben has successfully developed and implemented programs that are practical, effective, performance enhancing, efficient and meets the clients needs and requirements. His excellent communications and leadership skills have enabled him to help numerous organizations reach peak performance as well as compiling thorough and comprehensive investigations. He enjoys outdoor recreation, camping, fishing, sports, was a deacon at his local church and spending time with his family.
Each of the staff’s background is disseminated to each client as they are scheduled for programs or used in a manner that will facilitate comprehensive completion of all investigations. Whether it be accident reconstruction, background or pre-employment investigations, marital investigations or women’s safety training, to name a few, the Peacemaker staff of trainers and investigators will meet and exceed our clients goals in a timely and cost-conscious fashion. Peacemaker staff instructors are civilians and law enforcement officers with backgrounds in both the civilian/corporate and State/Municipal/Campus police environments so we clearly understand what our clients need as well as have the best investigators and trainers your community’s can offer.
Our instructors and investigators are among the best available and their level of commitment and personal concern in their projects are of the highest caliber. We commit ourselves to you and or your agency’s specific needs and requirements.

Our Staff
Empower yourself, employees, executives and security forces against workplace violence and personal safety issues/security issues. Peacemaker staff instructors have taught at all levels, from children’s self-defense and awareness; abduction programs, to upper level executives firearms training to staff and line personnel safety issues to personal and women‘s self-defense programs.
